How do I know what size to order?
Please see the size charts for kids and adults. Fit cloth tape measure snugly around widest part of head approximately 1" above the eyebrow, just above the ears and at the point on the back of your head that will give you the largest measurement for your motorcycle helmet size. Find your head size in the correct chart above, then order the corresponding helmet size per the motorcycle helmet product sizing. Safety dictates that if your head size falls between two of the motorcycle helmet head size ranges listed, order the smaller motorcyle helmet size as a motorcycle helmet must fit snugly. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string. Wrap the string around your forehead about where you want the helmet liner to rest. Then use a ruler or yard stick to measure the string!
How do I know my payment is secure?
You will not notice it until you finish your order and click on GOOGLE CHECKOUT or your other payment option. At that time you will be taken to your online shopping cart. If you will look at the top of the page in the address bar you should notice that now it will show the address as "HTTPS://WWW." instead of just "HTTP://WWW". This letter "S" added at the end of the "HTTP" is an indicator that you are now in a secure internet area. Another indicator you can look for is the famous picture of a golden padlock shown at the end of the address bar just before the refresh button.

I placed my order. Now what?
1. You will be notified that your order has been received. 2. You will be notified when your order has been shipped and you will be provided a tracking number. We ship as soon as possible, but please be patient with us. We do have a couple of off site storage units and sometimes it takes a couple of days to retrieve the helmet from storage.
All about shipping ....
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after we receive it unless you choose to pay by mail. If you mail your payment, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared the bank. Most of the orders will be shipped using UPS. They go to the most locations. They usually have the best prices for the most locations. If one of the other carriers can beat the price, or if you have a preference for another carrier, then we will use someone else. We can use UPS, USPS, or Fedex.
The shipment can take 48 hours up to 14 days depending on the time of year, weather, distance, if we are waiting on a payment to clear the bank, etc..... You will be notified when your helmet is shipped and you will be sent a tracking number so you can know when to expect your delivery. What are my payment options?
You can pay safely and securely over the internet using GOOGLE CHECKOUT or PAYPAL. They both have secure checkout carts. If you do not want to use either of these options, you can send a Cashiers check or Money Order. EMAIL us at sales@BowmansBargains.com or customerservice@BowmansBargains.com and we will send the instructions for these payment options.
What if my order is damaged?
If you receive your order and the carton has visible damage, please immediately check to see if the contents appear to be damaged. If they are, refuse delivery. We will then take it up with the carrier. Insurance is included in most shipments up to $100
IF YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY of a shipment that has been OBVIOUSLY damaged during transportation by the carrier, then you will be responsible for paying for return shipping. If they just leave it, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX. Send us an EMAIL with digital pictures of the carton. We will contact the carrier and have them to pick up the shipment.
If the carton appears fine and you open it to find a helmet that has obvious manufacturing defects CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY !! send us an email within 24 hours and please mark it URGENT-HIGH PRIORITY if you can. Please request a delivery and read receipt for the email so that you know when the email has been retrieved. If you have not had a response within 24 hours, please resend the message. We will get you another helmet shipped out ASAP and get you a Return Authorization for the defective helmet immediately.
Fortunately this is very rare in our suppliers helmets, but not imposible.
